The comprehensive renovation of the hotel includes the rooms, lobby, corridors, dining rooms, Business bureau, and event halls. The hotel is located in a central area on the coast of Tel Aviv. With the hotel being what it is, the design includes environmental elements combined with a peek at the past of the hotel, built in the 1970s during the brutalist era, to which clean geometric shapes taken from the Bauhaus buildings were combined, in order to characterize the hotel as Tel Aviv in it’s essence.
